Return Policy (3–5 Days)

  • You can request a return within 3–5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is in resalable condition.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged or defective product
  • Received a wrong item
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers (if applicable)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order details and product images/videos
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Exchange Option

  • You may also request an exchange for the same or another product (subject to availability)
  • The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Sakhee Saree reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria
