Return Policy (3–5 Days)
- You can request a return within 3–5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is in resalable condition.
Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Received a wrong item
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during sale/discount offers (if applicable)
Return Process
- Contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order
- Share your order details and product images/videos
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions
Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Exchange Option
- You may also request an exchange for the same or another product (subject to availability)
- The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days
Important Notes
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Sakhee Saree reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria
